Because I was bored and in need of a reason to icon, I did manga_battle's Side Story challenge. I made it a challenge for myself not to repeat series or characters, and I very nearly succeeded. I also wanted to experiment with new ideas and styles, so some of them, I have to admit, make me cringe a little.
