Oh My Lanta, that's beautiful. Excellent use of combined worlds and the kid, yeah you gave them really great names. I really loved the way Jim fell in love with them and watched them grow up. Using this memory as a catalyst to get Spock and Jim together was inspired. Brilliant story all around

Thank you for the lovely comment and I'm glad the bittersweet feeling came through. I don't do stuff with character death that often and I wasn't sure if I was striking a good balance between sad, hopeful, and a little bit of fun, or just being horribly depressing.
