Okay, so I had a not so bright day today and needed something to relax, so I read your story! I'm posting my feedback to the masterpost so that future readers will have a chance to see it before, if interested :)

This is a cool story, with an interesting premise and a decidedly TOS-y vibe. I like it!

Maybe I'm not reading in the right corners of Trek fandom for that, but it's been a while that I've seen a story written with so much love for all the original canons. I liked your characters in all incarnations, but especially the encounter of young and old Bones *G* Also, that young Bones gets his daughter to live with him on the Enterprise. Second chances and all. As I didn't like Generations, I'm also a fan of fix-it stories, so bringing back Jim is good *G* Spock's reluctance to engage in emotions is understandable, but I'm glad old Spock can help him there.

It's quite believable that young Kirk and Spock would question whether what they feel is truly theirs, and how similar the universes will/should/must be. A fear with which we all would have do deal if we met out counterparts. Thankfully they find a good solution in the end!

Thank you for this enjoyable read :)) *feels warm and fuzzy*

Thank you for the great comment and I'm glad the TOS vibe came through with this fic. Honestly I really do love the old canons the most, because they have such richness and depth to them that the new rebootverse doesn't. Which is understandable the nuverse only has one movie so far so of course that world isn't as fleshed out yet. They do have a lot of potential though and I like looking at that with things like Bones and Joanna.

Glad you liked the interactions between young and old Bones *G* they were some of my favourite parts to write! And yeah Generations sucks like a black hole so any chance I have to fix-up that fiasco in my stories is always a plus. :)

I really enjoyed looking at the whole of idea Kirk Spock knowing that there is another universe out there and how weird it has to be to know that you're kind of a "broken" version of those other guys. But there always has to be a happy ending :).
