"Please give us your opinion on the lack of food in the rest of the world." No result was achieved, since the following problems were faced during the survey's implementation :
1. In Africa no one knew what "food" is.
2. In Western Europe no one knew what "lack" is.
3. In Eastern Europe no one knew what "opinion" is.
4. In South America no one knew what "Please" is.
5. In the United States of America no one knew what "rest of the world" is.

- from January 1st, all heavy lorries must drive on the right.
- from February 1st, all busses must also drive on the right.
- from March 1st, any remaining private cars must also drive on the right.
