Well, that was fun.
Cyn has been having
Braxton Hicks contractions for over a month. But yesterday afternoon they started coming harder, and more frequently. By 8 last night, she was laying in bed, groaning in pain.... and by 9:30, we were on our way to the hospital - just in case...
They hooked Cyn up to a monitor, and told her that it didn't sound like real labor - most of an hour later, they told her she was not in labor and to go home. (They did think the baby sounded very healthy - especially when he started kicking the sensor!)
Better safe than sorry - but it did mean a significant lack of sleep for us last night.
Only a week left ...
