I signed up for TikTok on a whim, mostly to follow 2 accounts that have now blocked me. My first impression was this is another anger factory. On race and other controversial issues, it can be. Once you train the algorithm to deliver enjoyable and relevant content to you, it is better. Once you do that, it is more enjoyable. It has made doing videos a lot easier for me with simple and built-in editing features. Of course, you can add to it with a third-party app like Cap Cut. The short duration makes it easier to keep track of what I want to say without scripts. As a result, I have noticed an improvement in my spontaneity and fluency. I don't rely too much on fillers. Sometimes I stumble, but I let it go unless it is awful. I also like that you can pause and pick up where you resume where you left off if you ever get stuck on what to say.

I also use popular hashtags to see my content since I talk about it different things on my main account.

Contrary to popular belief, your content won't get enough initial views to get in front of more people if your niche is saturated because you have more competition for eyeballs. However, two of my Christian videos got over 400 views because the topics were different. Therefore, I concluded it more about the quality of the content rather than it being a single category.
