wow for the first time ever I feel hindered by my lack of meat eating! I'm trying to write for a memoir type assignment and I can't describe the taste of sea urchin. I've gone "fishing" for them in greece when I was little but I never ate them. Gahh! What a weird, annoying problem. Its incredibly frustrating to be able to vividly describe the experience of sitting on a boat and picking them out of the water and not be able to describe cracking them open and sucking their eggs out like I've seen my family do.

Now I have to describe some other rustic greek farm family activity with something I can actually describe the taste of. mmm goat milk. (barf)
