had a good day, things are alright (in varying degrees) Yesterday at work I was in the bar all day, which was in itself good, but i spent most of my shift talking to my favourite customer- mad sandy. his brain is totally buggered from all the drugs he took in the 70s. On the outside he looks even sweeter and more innocent than youre average grandad.altough he dresses like a pimp lol.today wasnt bad either, and while we count up the money (it takes a team of about 12 to do that-thats how much profit there is!) ace of spades was playing on the stereo- with the ever appropriate line "gamblins' for fools!" lol which got a laugh out of our remaining dour, bored housewives with gambling addictions. its so messed up, they hang around outside the door from about 10am (doors open at 12!!) then they come in spend all their money on the bandits, go back to the cash machine, play bingo for the next 4 hours, back onto the bandits (each of those babies takes in about 2 grand a week!)then to the shop where i work at night to buy lottery tickets and scratchcards.
my dad has just informed me that we've had a tree stolen from the front garden lol. it was just recently planted, and someone ripped it up and carried it off lol. the town is crawling with tourists uuuughgghgh theyre sooo irritating. taking photos of our unaturally large-mutant-giant-seagull/golden eagle hybrids. these birds are seriously huge.scott suggested last night that we put a saddle on one. i wasnt so keen, they're getting more aggressive by the day lol.the peruvian guys are back as well with their little panpipes and things. as are the gourangas, the ssp, the four-day continental market, the farmers market, and that bagpiper who has cornered a spot right outside mcdonalds to annoy every conceivable scot, and to bankrupt any passing tourists.
anyway just jabbering now, im sure there was something important i had to say. lol.gona grab some dinner and head out. hope you guys are all happy and well :)
