In the dark - looking for a fic with Ezra in the dark in a mine (OW)
There may be more than one story (love to have as many as are available) but this one is about rescuing two little girls, daughters of a miner, who are trapped when a mine entrance collapses. Ezra is the only one small enough to go down a ventilator shaft to seek out the girls. The lamp he is given runs out of oil before he finds them and he leaves playing cards behind (making up memories of which and where since he can't see in the dark). He does eventually find and retrieve the girls but it is quite a saga. Love to read it again but can't remember the author or name of it. Please help! Thanks, MAC
