Vin head injury and a fire? FOUND!!

Looking for a fic - don't recall a lot except that Vin has a head injury and it is taking a long time to heal. The guys try to keep him engaged - I think there may be a saloon drinking part where Vin passes out on table? But the part I do remember is that he's trapped in a room during a fire, possibly set by the guy that gave him the original injury. It's set in OW.

Sound familiar??
