Ezra, Vin and J.D. sick fic

I'm trying to find a fic where the 7 and Maude are holed up in the barricaded hotel because Vin, Ez and J.D. have become sick (Diphtheria, maybe?) And the townspeople are freaked about it.

I'm certain that you're describing Estevana Rey's "Darkest Hours", set in the canon OW on the gen pages at BlackRaptor. A postscript by the author identifies the illness as Hanta virus.

That fits Estevana Rey's "Darkest Hours", set in the canon OW. You'll find it on the gen pages at BlackRaptor. It's a but intense, and a bit of a tearjerker. Maude shows up in a pretty favorable light. A postscript from the author identifies the illness as Hanta virus.
