Ezra and Bruce Wayne are secretly good friends
I'm looking for a story where Ezra is on the outs with the team, who have gotten physical with him and Buck broke his TV before leaving Ezra's apartment. JD comes back alone and tells Ezra he's figured out that he's been a stand in for Batman. (This was why the team was angry with Ezra: he wouldn't tell them where he'd been.) Because Bruce has planted bug in the apartment, Alfred calls him, concerned for his health, and makes plans for both Ezra and JD to join them in Gotham...Bruce IS getting older and physically can't play Batman for much longer.
