Ezra in wheelchair, reading to kids in hospital
Another story I just remember a part of, and can't seem to find.
Ezra is in the hospital, maybe hurt on a case. Wandering the corridors in his wheelchair, he finds the children's (cancer?) ward and starts to read them a story. He has a stuffed animal with him that he leaves behind for the kids. Vin is also in the hospital (patient? visiting?) and he finds the children's ward while Ezra is reading a story to the kids.)
