Ezra and artillery

I'm losing my mind (easy enough to do) trying to find a fic where a few members of the seven remark on the fact that Ezra, already established as a former confederate officer in this story, put a cannonball through the stars and bars to save the group when they first met. This is in response to someone questioning Ezra's loyalty.

Also, I'm looking for stories where Ezra gets to play with artillery and explosives.
