Looking for a Death Fic
I can't label this as slash, gen or het since I'm not sure, but because of some of the scenes I vaguely remember, I think it was het.
What I do remember is also pretty vague. I never read death fics, but this one was highly recommended by a friend and I think I must have cried for three days after I read it.
There's been a serious conflict between the cattle ranchers and somehow Chris is convicted of murder, but not the others. He is sentenced to hang. If I go into any more detail, it will ruin the story for anyone else who wants to read it.
