mag 7 sentinel crossover

I like stories that feature the mag 7 with Jim and Blair from The Sentinel. I am looking a story along these lines. The first is the sequel to Of Hostage Situations and Hospital Stays. I know it's in a fanmag but I can't find that mag nor how to purchase it.... Also any other recommendations out there of crossover stories featuring these two... I think I've read most of them.

Also there is a story out there that focuses on Blair and Ezra and that they gave each other the nicknames of Izzy and Indy. Anyone know it?
