Italy!
I'm leaving for Italy in a number of hours...and it's exciting, visiting the homeland for the first time. Venice, Florence, then Rome. The cool thing about Venice is that our hotel can only be reached by boat. I don't really actually know why I find that cool, but oh well. On another note, I made a certain phone call and smoothed things out on that end...Tarek, if you get a chance to read this, you'll know what I mean. And I hope your Indonesian travels are doing well, and that you haven't gotten mugged or beaten yet. Today Navdeep was telling me about how he saw a kid pooping on the side of the street in India, and I asked him why he told me that, but I don't really think he knows why. So Tarek, I hope no one poops on you in Indonesia. And since I'm not going to get to update this until I get back (June 8th), ciao for now.
