[Fai, not wanting to leave a little child to his own in this City, holds out his hand and gives him a warm, sincere smile.]

Tsuna-chan shouldn't cry. How about we go around together and look for Tsuna-chan's maman?

[Tsuna sniffles a few more times and wipes his nose with his sleeve, looking up at Fai with wide eyes before he takes his hand.]

[He takes his hand in his and gives it a comforting squeeze before saying cheerfully.]

No, but we'll find her in a bit! Do you want some ice cream while we're at it?

[Mention of ice cream is like magic, brightening his little features as Tsuna nods.]

[A child is always easy to cheer up, Fai thinks amusedly even as he laughs a little.]

We can have both, Tsuna-chan!

[The worries of being lost are less and Tsuna shyly smiles up at the nice stranger who is helping him.]

[He nods once more and starts out, though his courage as a child is about as much as an adult and it does not take him long to be almost clinging to Fai to avoid the other strangers.]

[He picks up the child's fears up quickly, even as he bent to carry him - the boy would probably feel less afraid, right?]

[Tsuna grabs a fistful of Fai's shirt as a balancing grip and proceeds to cling to him. He thinks about the question a bit before he tries to flatten out his hair with his free hand. This proves difficult, so he has to abandon his grip and trust Fai not to drop him (not that this is a consideration a child has) as he tries to flatten down his hair with BOTH hands. When he thinks it is closer to his mother's hairstyle, he looks at Fai.]
