Well, the Fairy used to be nice, I'm sure, but I think something super terrible happened to Them a long time ago, and now that They can't let go of that terrible thing that happened, They don't know to be happy anymore, so They take all Their anxiety and hurt out on us in the City, since They don't know how to cope with it any other way...
