[ Hey Demeleier, it's been a while. From this guy anyway. When the video feed cuts on, he smiles for a while. He face is pretty scuffed up, but nothing too bad. Good! It's a lot of fun, and great upper body strength exercises too, if you're swinging a sword and shield around.

You'd be surprised! But if you're good with hitting things with a sword, you might be good at hitting a ball.

It's just a much smaller target, really.
