So I beat Bioshock today, and got the "Good Ending" (I guess you can call it that) since I chose to always rescue the Little Sisters rather than harvest them.
I started a new game to try the harvesting route instead, saving before I got to the first Little Sister. Once I harvested her, I immediately felt guilty, reloaded, and rescued her instead.
Damn "Good Ending" was a bit too touching, I suppose.
