Ack. I feel sorry for Harry and Marcone, but mostly for Harry. I feel sorry for Marcone being being with "Hairy" seems to make him happy, but he'll be depressed if he had to give him up even if he didn't show it. Harry is technically a victim of Lea's gifts, but he sort of made Marcone a victim by proxy and it's making him feel guilty.
I know Lea casted that spell to make sure Harry's okay, but despite the fun moments, there's going to be long term consequences that could go either way.

On another note, I like how your Hendricks tries to help his boss give up Hairy because he knows that Marcone will get attached. Also, the playtime moments between Marcone and Hairy were fun to read. Like Marcone giving him a catnip mouse and Hairy clinging on to Marcone's back while he's on the treadmill. :D
Hmm... if Harry does turn back, will he have leftover effects from being a cat? Like the effect of the catnip because that would be hilarious to see. XD

There's a reason there might be several chapters after he's human again, and not just because he'll have to talk some issues out with Marcone. That's all I'm saying for now ;3

Oh, Harry. Why do I have a feeling he's going to do something really stupid with this new knowledge? I really feel bad for Marcone if Harry does disappear in the next chapter. He's already pretty attached-- no matter what Hendricks tries to do to spare his boss.

There was less cuteness in this chapter, but that's a good thing. Some serious moments can really make a fic.
