This Happy Meal (McDonald's kiddie meal, for non US-ians) sat around FOR A YEAR without decomposing. People eat this sort of thing? Is this like a backdoor way to immortality - my food won't decompose, so neither will I?
In real cooking news, I made cornbread today. It was bland even by the standards of cornbread. I think next time I will add a can of chopped sundried tomatoes and rosemary, or Kalamata olives, which make even a plain old mayonnaise spread into something yummy...
