I just could not wait to get out of work today.There was so much to do.It was like everytime I thought I'd get done enough stuff to start on a project,something came up.Just to make everything so much better,my manager is threatening the people in the department with write ups if all the screw ups continue.Shes stressed out because we're way behind and the DM is making his rounds at the stores.I can understand and relate.I hate DM visits but it sucks so much when instead of us a bit behind,we're just lagging!I think that everyone in my department is going to be upset but they'll get over it and hopefully start pulling a little harder to make things happen.I guess only time will tell but I'm definately going to persuade people to move faster and get more done from now on.I'm a little worried that if I don't continue to do well and get things back on track that there won't be any point in staying at petsmart because she might decide that someone who can't make everything work out is good enough material for a pet care lead.I can only hope that we make everything kosher in time.
