some stuff
i'm going to post at my own page for a change.. most of the time its at am_i_thin
so yesterday i had a great day! starting out at 53.7 kg... wich i didn't expexted at all... i worked hard this week to lose... but to lose almost 2 kg is amazing... so then i went out to go to look for signet/seal rings with my dad and sister... we still have this familie logo wich is really cool... so now i get a really cool family ring!
and then i went with my sister and bf to the beach... athough it was only 2 degrees... we went to walk with our dog... it was really lovely^^ and its a good workout... walking on the sand!
in the evening i really binged out... i knew i was going to do that all week because i was going out with my parents my sis, her Bf and my Bf to a fancy restaurant were they have this bread that i ador.. so i ate quite allot..
and then this morning the scale says 53.8 kg (118.6 lbs).... i love the scale:P its a gain... but only a fairly little after that binge;P
so my stats:
HW: 66 kg (long time ago and gross)
Cw: 53.8 kg
Lw: 53.7 kg (i really have now clue;P)
Gw1: 55 (made that one!)
gw2: well 53.9 wasn't a goal weight but because of what i was going to do i made it one..
gw3: 52 kg... BMI of 20
gw4: 50... make's it doeble and its a nice number (110.2 pounds)
UGW: 48 kg (105.8 pounds... better go to 105 pounds then:P) this means that if i've a party of dinner i just can go there... and stay bellow 50 all the time... wich would be great!
the thing i'm most afraid of at this point... going to Istanbul, Turky with my family... because they're going to make me eat tree meals a day for sure... watching what i eat because we will eat every meal together... and the food there is AMAZING so... not a good thing... i'm going there in may...
and it might ruen fitting a size 0 begin of june...
cloth sizes are the worst... i don't like it when i cant buy clothes because theyre not in my size because everyone needs to be such a pig in this country...
i'm going for a black coffe for breakfast now
