the ringing in my ears... the pain in my head.
i've had too much wine for a tuesday morning.

dresden's post has just reminded me of how young we used to be.
her and i.
so many beautiful memories
happy and sad.
&i think of how long i've embraced sorrow.
its almost a natural state.
perhaps not default...
but so easy and almost comfortable to fall into.
so familiar is the warmth of tears
