I'm Lost - Are You?

Lost speculation:

The smoke monster's name is Aaron. He's not a god-like metaphor for evil or free will. God-like metaphors don't clank. The psychic in season 1 pretty much identified Aaron. Electro-magnetism can bind him because he's all clanky (nanotechnological immortality?). That's why Dharma had the big electrical posts and the Swan station was responsible for keeping the world safe. Oh, he's the Aaron from the flash-sides timeline not the Losties' crash timeline.

That's why Jack's Dad simulacrum/smoke monster/douche was hanging out in the cabin with Claire. He missed his Mommy, and so sucked out her personality with nanotechnological doucheness.

Oh, and nanotechnological doucheness is the disease from Season 1, what drives island castaways crazy (if they don't become "Others"), and is currently weaving its ways through sexy Sayid's soul.

All this season's flash-sides take place in Lost subjective (meta-)time before this season's island sequences. Near the end of the series, the (non-)Lostaways will decide that it's a better world if they crash on the island.

So back in the groovy Dharma decade, the nuclear bomb goes off, creating the non-crash, flash-side timeline. Stuff happens in the flash-side that convinces the (non-)Losties that the world would be better if they crash in season 1, get Lost, and do important stuff this season. Also, they negate the douche version of Aaron and all the crazy shenanigans he gets up to in the non-Lost future. The Losties fix the timeline at the finale of the flash-sides and end back up at the blowed-up (but not nuked) Swan station in the present in the main timeline for the tv show.

I need more verb tenses.

Meanwhile, in the "present on the island" plot this season, the whole island will be popped back in time to Tunisia when it was part of the Phoenician Empire. That's why there was a polar bear skeleton there and why Ben and Locke popped there after spinning the Donkey-Wheel of Time. They prob'ly popped to the same spot on the island (now/then Tunisia), but time dislocated. Oh, and someone stuffs the Losties' names in an ankh.

The "Adam and Eve" skeletons are prob'ly Rose and Bernard. Unless they're really, really old.

Jacob is prob'ly another son of the Losties; I'm guessing Kate since - annoying as she is - the Lost world kinda' rotates around her selfish, man-destroying, crazy, toy-plane-obsessed ass. Who's Jacob's father? Well, Sawyer or Jack, of course, but I have no idea which. Sawyer if I had to go by looks. Jack if I had to go by plot. If Jack's the father it also makes Smoke Monster and Jacob cousins.

What's funny is I looked back in LJ when Lost first came out and my guesses are pretty spot on for the limited amount of info I had.
