Whoever said that the human race learns from their errors was sadly mistaken. I've seen people dig themselves in the same holes, burn the same bridges, take up the wrong habits, and make the same decisions time and time again and only the selective few who are willing to look outside of themselves actually take something from the experience and change for the better. It's gotten to the point of which living isn't living any longer, it's just something we do. We wake up, we go to work, we go to sleep. People don't want to right their wrongs because they've found themselves in a comfortable place and I don't know of anyone off the top of my head that's content with discomfort, even if it means a positive reaction. I think at this point I'm babbling about nothing but I've always wanted to start an update with something that sounds sub par to intellectual. Wait, who am I kidding? I've always wanted to start an update.
For those of you who don't have any idea who I am, my name is Mia Maestro and I've been in films such as Frida and The Motorcycle Diaries and was cast as the role of Nadia Bristow, Sydney's half-sister, in the ABC series Alias. I especially enjoy the latter because I get to be nearly devoured by zombies, hit on the guy from Felicity, and kick more ass than I would have ever imagined. This week I was featured in US Weekly's "Class of '06" as a 'Breakout Actor.' My only quote is that I eloquently state, "My life has been pretty boring," so I'm not sure if I'll end up making a huge impression on anyone. If you want to know something, ask. Where is Nora?
