I wouldn't think so. After all, the pain of childbirth is allegedly part of the payment for Original Sin, or so I believe I've heard.

Nah, the pain of childbirth is a punishment for leading poor, naive Adam down the path of sin. When they first started thinking of ways to give birthing mothers some relief, there were a lot of religious folks who said THAT would be a sin.

I heard an interview with some creationist "scientists" who were giving a class at the Grand Canyon somehow explaining how it was caused by the flood in 40 days. That was very interesting too.

Obviously it takes all kinds...
