Bad Week

WOO.  Okay.  Just got done with a bad week.

Sunday: mental breakdown after Clint told me his parents were divorcing.  I didn't feel like I was able to comfort him well enough...and that guilt, along with the stresses of his bad date and these guys coming after me, just tore me apart.  Thankfully, Alan helped me sort the men out so that I could focus on more important issues.

Monday: I got my car so I could take care of my dogs.  Turns out, my dad blew the tire, so the rest of the week, I had to drive around on the spare between school, grandma, and home.  The silly thing had to be special-ordered and wouldn't come in until Friday.

Tuesday: My computer breaks down.  IR and HP have no clue what's going on with it, but I end up fixing it myself after removing my hard drive and putting it back in.  Turns out it there's a communication problem between it and the main circuit board.  It may be water damage since I'm around wet environments so often...  I ended up skipping class to fix it.

Wednesday: It looked like it would break the chain, but alas, it didn't.  A cop pulled me over, asked me if I had any weapons, and I said no.  He looked in my passenger seat and my back seat (all the time shining that friggen bright light in my eyes) got my license and gave it back.  I knew I wasn't speeding because I was nervous my spare tire would pop.  He told me to be careful of my points and started to leave, but I stopped him and asked why I had been pulled over.  He had to walk around my car before coming back and telling me that my headlight was out, warned me not to drive around too much on my spare, then left.  So basically, he randomly pulled me over.

Thursday: I walked around in heels all day to promote Rocky Horror Picture show.  My right ankle blistered and popped while in the shoe, and I didn't notice until I felt the blood inside my sock.  I ended up wearing backless heels to the show...but it STILL hurts.  The show went marvelously, by the way.  I dressed up as Magenta.  With a hole in her heel.

Friday: By this time, I had called Paul several times during the week and he could never really come out and play.  Also, because I had been working so much with Alliance, I had developed more feelings for Adam.  I decided to randomly visit, and I found him sitting with Jonathan Spear, a gay freshman with connections to Alan, Clint, and Austin.  Adam told us that he had been talking about his dating stigma, and Jon protested that they hadn't been talking about it at all.  It got awkward and Adam had to leave for duty.  We walked out, and Robin confirmed what I had been thinking: Jon was probably going to ask Adam out...and Adam was probably looking forward to it, but wanted to warn him first.  Ahhh....  Drama.  How I
