"this is a good point. even in your modern nuclear plant with all its "safety" features you can never be 100% sure that the operators won't ever inject a random neutron absorber into the process for the hell of it to see what will happen, then forget everything they know about nuclear reactions, then pull out the control rods all the way, then break into the control rod assembly and manually pull the control rods out further than the assembly was designed to allow, then redesign and install a new reactor that would allow for a positive feedback loop, then tear down the containment chamber and rebuild it out of flammable material... it's chilling to think how easily chernobyl could all happen again."
