How To Avoid Writing Papers...
Well, I've started my paper at least. But I keep getting distracted. Luckily, I did a PowerPoint presentation a few weeks ago and I've been able to basically steal 3/4 of the paper from that. I just have to add words to make things actual, you know, *sentences*. And since it was delivered 8 April, I have to update the information to include crap that's been going on since then.
But to keep my ADD mind occupied, I've been all over LiveJournal and YouTube. When trying to get me to buckle down and write a paper, one should never give me access to the internet. The paper is at least fourth on my list of things to do.
But I don't mind, because I found an *awesome* SGA vid. Seriously, everyone who likes either vids or SGA and especially if you like both, go check out jolli87. She only has two posts right now, but the most recent vid is *fabulous*. The YouTube link is here. It's a team vid that covers everything aired to date, so if you haven't seen anything (and why the hell not?!?), then you might be spoiled.
And then I checked Gateworld.net and they made an announcement here about StargateWorlds.com now accepting applications for beta testers for their MMORPG. Everyone seen the commercials on TV with the Asgaard, the human and teh Goa'uld going through the gate? Yeah, that's what it is. Well, even though I don't play WoW or any of the other ones, I totally just applied to beta test because that game looks too cool not to. Plus, I'm obsessed with everything Stargate right now.
