Surprise!
We had Cam's surprise birthday party last night. It was a blast. He and Jason went out to eat at Subway around 8 and about a dozen of us went into the house with cake and a few decorations and just waited for them. We were mostly talking and playing with the dogs and we realized that, though everyone could remember Cam talking about his little dog and saying his name, none of us could actually remember what the dog's name was. We ended up texting Jason to ask.
Anyway, so they got back around 8.30. We had already had one false alarm, so we were a little surprised and organized. We finally got everyone hidden and they came in and we did the whole jump out "SURPRISE" thing. Cam looked completely shocked. It was made all the better because he had been talking to people earlier about throwing a surprise party for someone else and how he'd never gotten one cause he always knew. *snicker* Not this time!
He opened presents and we had cake and then most people left. But Jason, Cam, Angela, Josh, Jessica Kong, Amanda and I all stayed and played Cranium. Amanda and I have discovered that we're not so good at drawing for each other. In my defense, that moose did not look like a moose!
After Cranium, we all took the dogs for a walk and then sorta crashed for a few minutes before Jason and Cam were tired and sent everyone home. But it was probably 11.30 by that point, so I can understand them wanting some alone time. *waggles eyebrows*
And then this morning, I went to my History of CJ class and we only stayed long enough to get the midterm back. I made a 93, which was really surprising cause I was almost positive that I had bombed the last question. So now I'm waiting to go to Digital Forensics and see if I can keep from bombing that make up test. Wish me luck!
