equine developments
so, little detail i neglected to mention in my last journal entry. . . .
we now have a horse. she's a paint, mostly brown with a bit of white on her forehead. the name on her papers is tardee's little rocket, we're thinking something like roxy (b/c the full name is just too damn long). she's got some scars on her chest, so we think she maybe ran through a fence or something, and from what i hear, she is rideable, though you have to sit back a bit on her (due to the injuries she got from the fence/maybe trailer). we've re-configured the barn to accomodate both her and the goats, and they're still getting used to each other (roxy is doing much better than the goats at this).
now we're going to need tack and stuff, and a lot more hay than we're storing now, but w00t anyway. just one more addition (albeit a large, brown, half-ton addition) to the zoo that is my house.
in somewhat less earth-shattering news, i've taken up the task of designing posters for the gaming convention in february (i think it's still in february), and i have a few ideas for designs, but other suggestions are welcome.
