Uncle Jean finally gave me my crack back -- Season One of The Vampire Diaries landed on my desk over the weekend. And the peasants (by which I mean me, of course) rejoiced. Nicole and I have discovered that we are the Wonder Twins. Her birthday is 3/25, mine is 3/26. I live on Elmwood Street in Portland; when she and her husband lived in Portland, she lived at the other end of Elmwood Street. We even have the same shoes, each bought separately and without collaboration.

And yeah, Nicole is awesome. You would totally like her.
