Perfect Vegetable Soup

Apparently we're on a veggie kick. This soup recipe is from online somewhere, but with my and Michael's changes.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Makes: 6 - 8 servings

46 ounces of V8ish stuff
1 - 2 cups of salsa
2 cans of mixed veggies
1 can kidney beans
Some extra veggies of your liking (we used lots of celery, extra carrots, green onion and bell peppers)
Jalapenos

(1) Cut everything that isn't pre-cut.
(2) Mix together and simmer on medium-low heat for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
(3) Spice to taste.
Word to the wise: Use a big pot because 46 oz + 2 cups of salsa + lots of volumous veggies = a lot.
