OUaL Mini Bang Challenge

You shouldn’t be doing this. You’re a queen now, married to a man even if he can’t get passed the fact that you aren’t his first wife. And you’re a mother - or at least a mother of sorts to a stepdaughter that is as fair as her name. You also know that he has a small daughter at home and a wife that he adores; a woman that you would probably call a friend in different circumstances.
But here you are again.
It’s a horrible pattern that neither of you can seem to shake, but when he looks at you with that guilt in his eyes, it almost acts as some kind of silent challenge. It was self-destructive when you invited him to the castle while your husband was away on an errand. And it was downright reckless when you backed him against the wall of your bedchamber and clamped your lips onto his. The kiss was deadly, all wanting and needing and so hostile that it hurt all the way down to your soul (if you still have one at this point).
His lips glide down your neck in hot, open kisses and there is a hint of teeth that reminds you both what this means. You capture his lips again, a mixture of a moan and a sigh forming in the back of your throat when his hand begins to untie your elegant dress. His fingers are nimble, practiced in the art of taking off your clothes that should stop the two of you out of pure shame, but it doesn’t - nothing ever does.
“This is the last time, Regina.” He tells you, using your mantra earlier than you expected, as he undoes the final clasp and lets your dress pool on the floor at your feet. You offer him a half-smile that he always manages to see right through, as his firm hands paw at your newly exposed flesh. Just as suddenly you close your eyes, as his mouth lands hot and wet on your breast.
It might be the inflection in his voice, or the way that his eyes and hands and mouth are devouring you like he’s trying to take everything in. But in that moment you believe his words, and part of you cracks away from all the pressure.
