still on the planet
so I've been slacking on the journal again.. I just don't get online that much now that I'm at home with the dial up.
Lots of random things...
I went for a run today.. ended up walking a lot.. but got the 3 miles in.. it was so miserably hot... muggy..hazy... just hot and gross.. if it weren't for the breeze I would have died!
Megan and Josh had the ideal wedding.. it was beautiful!!! and they are so great together... I have to say I hope that I'm lucky enough to have that someday. I couldn't help losing a few tears whenever she did... it's not everyday 2 of your best friends get married ya know.
Office Depot is going good... I need more hours though and so I think they are going to put me in the cash office which means that I have to be there at around 6AM and wake up at 5 something... :( ugh... oh well.... I'm always up for learning new stuff. And the internship in Wamp's office is fun! I wish that were my job that I was paid for... yes there is filing and computer stuff, but there is soo much more that I am not sure I should really share with the online community... just dealing with constituents about government stuff, disability, immigration, passports...etc......
One of the staff that I work with suggested that I try to get a job with the state dept. that would totally rock and I can't say I haven't looked into it before.. but it's all in the plan.. one step at a time.. getting there!
I saw the new Star Wars movie with AJ and his fam Sunday... it is by far the best of the new trilogy! I was really impressed with how everything came together.. and I can actually appreciate the first and second episodes better now.
work and intern tomorrow! bed time :)
