Stupid Vermont
So, Oregon lost the Simpsons premiere. We came in third, behind Vermont and Illinois.
Ryan's 21'st birthday last night rocked...all except for the sleazy strip bar we went to...that place was pretty nasty, not as nasty as the girls that inhabited it, but nasty none-the-less.
He seemed to have a pretty awesome time, so that's all that really matters. I'm happy for him...and for me too. He's amazing and I'm lucky.
Talked to Ryan's sister Heather a lot last night. She said the family really likes me, which is bad ass. Hoping to come out to Tucson maybe by the end of the year-ish...they're gonna love him.
Saw the Transformers movie. I can tell you with no doubt that there is nothing to that movie that 'more than meets the eye'...Action was incredible, the CGI was amazing....yep everything else sucked. So, all in all, not a terrible flick, but it had nothing that would constitute it as a 'good movie'.
I'm starting to get really tired of assholes in the theater, though. The past two movies we've seen, the row behind us has assholes in it...I can't really tell if there are just more assholes coming out of the woodwork, or if I just started paying attention more lately. Oh well.
