Sun and Wii
Heya Folks,
This weekend was Emma's Birthday weekend so we headed up to her folks for a BBQ. Despite the weather looking foreboding we had an awesome face burningly sunny BBQ and then played on the Wii later on.
It was my first time on a Wii balance board thingy and I rather enjoyed it. I burnt off shockingly few calories despite flapping my arms like a maniacal bird for a what seemed like a very long time. My favourite game though was the sword slashy thing on Wii Sports Resort, they should do a Highlander version where you get to chop Immortals heads off. That would be awesome !
Anyways, I'm off to Wales to see my Mum and do some decorating later today. I'll be doing a few hours writing/editing for Barking Irons Online on the train and watching the beautiful sunny countryside slide by. First things first though, am making a big pot of Egyptian Edamame Stew for lunch.
