days. While it's true that the year system is based off of some biased holiday system, that isn't necessarily what it has to mean. It's whatever it is to you. And to me, it's important. Everything happened in 2006, and hopefully even more will happen in 2007. When you start off with a mission, you're guaranteed to at least have made some kind of crucial change by day 364. It isn't the years in your life; it's how much life you can cram into however many years you have. And when you get a new year, that's even more time you have to do whatever you're destined to do. Some people don't believe in resolutions, but I don't see what's so bad about trying to live up to your own expectations. Set the bar as high as you like, or don't even set it at all, but don't just sit there idly. While we can't tell the future well enough to say whether time is or isn't on our side, we can at least take matters into our own hands. You don't have to live fast. Just live well. Just live right by yourself."
I can't tell if the good parts of 2007 were just an extension of 2006, because since May I have been living in an aquarium.
