Why you shouldn't avoid math classes for 5 years if you are a scientist

This is immensely embarrassing, but I can't figure out to to solve for the variable in a regression equation I need to figure out the weight of my zooplankton from their lengths.  Luckily I have lots of smart friends and so maybe you'll be able to help me out here.  Please?

Here's an example equation.  I need to solve for w (weight):

lnW=3.0896+3.0395ln(L)

I need to isolate W for Excel spreadsheet purposes.

Here's another:

lnW=blnL+a

Oye.  I need a refresher algebra course.  This is not going well.
