Sleepy Friday
Yay, Friday. But boo, assignments due on Fridays, no matter how fun they may be. I had my Snake game due at midnight, just barely got to the submission page not on time, and had to e-mail things directly to the prof. He's really gracious about it, though, which is a great blessing. Still, I don't particularly enjoy being required to do homework on Friday evenings.
Anyway. I can't find my glasses - I had them in physics but then not an hour later when I went to Numerical Analysis. I don't know what happened to them, but I guess I'll have to find the lost and found at Rockwell. Dr. Ellison decided not to collect any more homework for NA, and physics homework is pushed back some, making the end of the semester less and less stressful. Lunch was fun; conversation went well and that made me very happy. Dr. Thompson also joined us and gave us some challenges (e.g. think of a word that has all of the first 8 letters of the alphabet in it).
Anime went pretty well. I'd already seen the Read or Die OVAs, but it was nice seeing them again with subtitles. After that, our little subgroup with no name rounded off Last Exile, watching the last 6 episodes in one sitting. It's an amazing series, by the way. Everyone should see it!
Then I came back to the room and entertained Amelia a bit while commenting up my snake program. Valerie came over and talked and that made me happy and helped me feel better about not being completely present the whole time.
And now I must conk... a fact that apparently means that I am (or will be) a conker, and once I conk and become a conker I will be allowed to conquer. (Note: all that was the work of Laura and Amelia, not me...) Yeah. Um. G'night, all.
