Okay, that took TOO long
I suppose today could be summed as a good day... but right now my head is swimming with implications and theories and probabilisticities that I really can't quite recall. Yeah, Laura and I just finished our SSFT reading for today/tomorrow after two hours of intense reading (preceded by approximately a couple hours of only slightly reading). I really should have started my reading earlier, but oh well...
I bid for something on ebay a little before the intense reading session... but got outbid in the last 30 seconds or so. That made me sad. : (
I read the encouragement letter from GT this evening, too. It was meant for use over the summer, but I didn't get particularly discouraged and thus didn't really need to read it. But it was very encouraging today... : )
Oh, and in the play-by-post four Solars beat 60 men in mass combat. Woot.
First GT practice of the year was this evening as well. The music looks fun, but we were a bit lacking as far as recruitment. That's alright, though, we seem to grow throughout the year (some of our newest members joined close to the end of last year).
I went to a meeting for a programming contest today. Basically solving problems and writing up programs, which is very much my thing. So that looks like it will be fun.
And now it is time to SLEEP darn it.
