Ta-dah, I'm-a back. :D
SPM owned. Completely. As surprising as it may sound, even English and EST kicked my butt from here to infinity. *shame-ness* Managed somehow for the rest. Don't know how I'm going to face my senseis when results come out. Hoping that I at least won't end up with a C or D somewhere. Know I can't compare with my dear sister, who got 8 As (and one indeterminate grade for Moral Ed.) I swear if the grandfather says something I will drive calligraphy pens through his skull. =o=
So while most of the gang plans to go to college (Gu Bak Wan to Padworth in UK and Firn doing IB in Penang, if all goes well), I, er...have to stay and bum for 5 months. It appears I need my school leaving cert to apply for The One Academy, which is what I've set my sights on. Female parental unit has expressed slight doubts about Alif, although it's within walking distance (were I actually allowed to walk the streets unaccompanied) and one train ride. Gave it a bit of thought and decided she might be right. A senpai conveniently studying there tells me the environment is very Chinese-y, which is PERFECT for this little wee Japanese-speaking banana. ;P
Well, we'll see how it goes after I make a few phone calls. If they'll exempt my certificate-less application, then I'll apply for TOA, and if it doesn't turn out, I'll try for Alif, too. Before anyone asks, KBU doesn't inspire me, MMU and Limkokwing are too far away for any transport plans and MIA just...scares me. OTOH, if anyone knows a good place to take Graphic Design or Multimedia Design, hey, I've got 5 months to think this over. Open to suggestions here.
Plans for holidays? Go for CF. Two days, if I'm lucky. CosMas might very well be out, because frankly, I have no freggin' good costumes. Gojyo is getting a bit old and I'm trying to think of a good non-human charrie to go as if I can find the godforsaken hotel they're having it in.
Gonna go feed my Neopets and check my mail now. Yagami, if you're reading, we need to work out how your cousin's 'junk' *cough* is goin'. And before I forget:
DELILAH-SAN, TANJOUBI OMEDETOU!
