Went to class early today for Timebased Media - sadly, the lecturer was on sick leave. *plort* Pauline the tutor gave us our first project overview, though, so that's all cool. Having a replacement class tomorrow afternoon, however, is NOT.

Anyway. During class, I kept getting phonecalls, first from Yian May, then Royce. Whaddeh? =_o To top it all off, NASEEB shows up at the door of the blasted lab and looked like he was making eyes at me to open the door. Finally got fed up and texted Royce to find out I was being pulled off to talk to the orientation batch. AGAIN. Geez, why couldn't you guys tell me this kinda thing sooner...anyway, it was the usual. But oh mah GAWD, the juniors were mostly silent as the tomb. Goondus. *sigh* Let's hope it's a QUIET kind of passion.

Went off to lunch (beef wrap! It's been a while since I had a beef wrap!), hit two rounds on the Para2Paradise machine and went off to do research. Joanne had a lovely idea in mind when she said to bring a digicam and snap pictures of stuff while doing research. I took the old batteries out of my own digicam, emptied the memory card and headed to school. I'm sure that you, dear reader, have picked up on which important step I forgot.

I borrowed a book on logo design and went home grumbling to myself.

Didn't really take a good hard look, but the standard of English in the AGD projects doesn't seem to have risen far from the mean. The 3D-animations were cute. I want to meet the senpai who voiced the narrator and dragon in Long's Lost Love! He does a killer Brit accent! :D And watching 'Memorial' sorta sent chills up my spine, even though I didn't understand it.

Going to go crash for a while and resume Figures work. On a side note? Ski Smoothie bars are ski-licious. Tasty. I kill myself.
