I saw Kodama-san yesterday night! *pumps arms* Didn't get much paintchat on, but it was still good to yak a bit with her again. OTOH I owe her a hefty chunk of UMSFL scans now ;)
Just watched 'Japanese Story' on Cinemax. Can't really say I thought much of the climax and denouement, but the translation was good, knocked my socks off. And Tsunashima Gotaro has really, REALLY hairy armpits. Can't get over them. Two miniature jungles sprouting below his arms. O____o;;;;; The movie has also proved it IS possible for Mweeble to tire of Japanese folk songs. When they play the first few bars of Asadoya Bushi over and over and OVER, one's head starts splitting open and the fingers yearn for a heavy object to hurl at the TV. >_<+
