Character vs Experience? Which is more important?
The guy you KNOW is horrible, or the guy you DON'T KNOW will be horrible but who might not be?
Also, the president works not alone but as a team, and not with absolute power, but with influence and compromise ... there are also the advisers, the senior staff, all the satellites of the office, plus the various other bodies of government that he must coerce rather than bully.
