Last Minute Plan Assembled Months Ago Of course, that could just be prudent planning. But why the panic to PASS it RIGHT NOW? This deserves some bipartisan thought, guys.
Some of the firms to be bailed are actually quite stable
Paulson says it would be presumptuous for him to add oversight, that's the job for congress. Of course, section 8 says they can't; how is THAT for presumptuous?
