How long has it been?
Hey hey! I'm so freakin happy to not be in Cancun anymore! I am most definitely not a sun person so dragging me out to Cancun, away from my boyfriend and my life, was shitty, to say the least. Plus, it's MEXICO, so I just got dragged into a bunch of hurricane cleanup and piles of fallen coconuts. The only semi-cool things that happened were that I swam with some dolphins, and about an hour before leaving for the airport, I met some cool chicks named Sylvia and Marlena. AN HOUR BEFORE LEAVING! It kinda pissed me off. Also, I got a little bit sun-burned, which is turning into a little bit of a tan. I don't know if you would call that a good thing, though. Mostly, I just read some Harry Potter (which I finally finished yesterday! All I can say is *tear* things will never be the same) and missed my Kai penguin. I swear, the entire time we were there, all I ever had to say was "I wanna go HOME!!!". I hope this teaches my parents that they shouldn't force me to go on vacations when I don't want to go. It's really just a waste of money.
I'm getting closer to being able to drive, but I still need a lot of work. I actually enjoy driving now, and I really WANT my liscense, so that's a very big step in the right direction. Unfortunately, it still seems that nobody has time to teach me. At this time, I would like to thank Kai for letting me drive in his car. The fact that you would put your life in my hands like that says a lot; and I'm sorry I can't park for shit and panic sometimes. ^_^; But the occasional short trip helps to keep me from getting too terribly rusty, so I appreciate it a lot. There's been talk about taking a trip to go to AWA, and then there's been other talk about a Koala Kruise with Steve Bennett and the rest of the Koala Klub. AWA is gonna be first, I think, and tickets are only $20 for me and Kai cuz we're going in a group with his awesome friend Jesse. As long as I push Kai to get things all hooked up, I'm sure that'll turn out wonderfully. AWA is a pretty big con, so I REALLY hope Lauren isn't there. If she turns up, I'll just have to try to play nice; somebody remind me of that when I see her and start hissing. Ah well, I don't really have that much of a problem with Lauren. Actually, since she is boldly venturing into the land of married life, I wish her the best of luck; I expect she might need it, as I have often been told that marriage is not easy. Plus, she's probably making her own dress (cuz with sewing skills like hers, who could resist?!) which has gotta be stressful.
Anyway, I should probably go and start working on my monologue. Craft is totally gonna kick my ass back into gear the second I get back! ^_^;;; Well, it's my fault for procrastinating. So now, I start with the dirty work...
*and she scuttles away with a determined gleam of insanity in her eye*
